Grief & Loss

Grief lives in both the mind and the body. Loss can change the way you think, feel, connect, and experience the world around you. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a marriage, a dream, a role, or a past version of yourself, grief can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, angry, numb, or unsure of who you are now.

We recognize that grief isn't something you simply “get over.” It is a deeply personal experience that can come in waves and may change over time. Using relational therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, CBT and other integrative approaches, we help you process the emotional and physical impact of loss while honoring your individual needs and experience.

The therapeutic relationship provides a safe, supportive space to be honest about the complicated parts of grief—the sadness, anger, guilt, relief, longing, confusion, or even moments of joy that can exist alongside one another. Together, we explore how loss has affected your sense of self, relationships, daily life, and vision for the future, while gently working toward integrating the loss rather than trying to erase it.

There is no timeline for grief and no single way to heal. We offer a gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace, make room for what you're feeling, and begin finding a way to carry your loss while reconnecting with yourself and the life that remains.

Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
